A visit to the 17th century village is a must. It was an important post on the ancient mule-trading routes to Granada. 70 years ago the villagers were forced to flee as the guerillas against Franco occupied the small municipality. Today you can visit the restored village with cobblestone streets, in total 36 houses, a small chapel and even enjoy a meal in the family owned tavern. Go there by car, foot or by horse.
